What Qualifies as a Technical Delivery Failure
- You never received your download link or access email after payment was confirmed
- The download link is broken, expired before use, or leads to an error page

What Does NOT Qualify
- Your email provider blocked or filtered the delivery email — check your spam/junk folder first
- You provided an incorrect email address at checkout
- Your device, software, or internet connection prevented you from opening the file
- You downloaded the file successfully but later experienced issues with your own system
How to Report a Technical Issue
If you believe you have experienced a genuine technical delivery failure:

- Include your full name, email address used at checkout, order number, and a description of the issue
